Salon 102's Cancellation Policy

Our policy

• A 20% cancellation fee must be paid if an appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours prior to your appointment time.
• This policy is mainly for lengthy appointments that are pre-booked and habitual cancellations. 
• We get things happen! So fee may be waved on first offense.
