About Us

Kearry was a full time medical assistant and part time hair dresser living locally in West Greenwich with her family since 2005. She is a wife and mother of 3, her youngest daughter Jenna always took an interest in her mother’s work as a hair dresser. As a mom of 3 sometimes it meant bringing your kids with you to work, Jenna never minded as she discovered her love and interest in hair dressing as a young girl. As life went on, it took an unexpected turn in 2017, when Kearry was diagnosed with SCAD (a rare heart condition), Kearry had to take things slow and find a new outlet. Kearry found joy in hairdressing again and at that same time her daughter Jenna had express to her parents that she was interested in hairdressing. Kearry and Jenna saw this as an amazing business and family opportunity. Salon 102 then opened up in May of 2018. Now 2023 Kearry's health has improved and her and her daughter have now worked side by side for 5 years. 

Without the help of our wonderful Salon Manager, Melanie, and all of our friends, family and loyal clients, none of this would have been possible. We are so proud to be where we are today and so unbelievably thankful.
